Patients can pay for their visits using self-payment options, including Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards. First Responders and Military members are eligible for a discounted self-pay rate.

We do require a credit card on file in order to utilize our online booking system. Your card will not be charged when booking, it is simply used to secure your appointment. You will be charged upon completion of your scheduled appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY - Appointments may be rescheduled no later than 24 hours before your appointment time, after this point, they are subject to a cancellation fee.
